Diploma holder in Accountancy or related discipline
Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience, preferably in estate management companies or related industry
Handle full sets of building management fund accounts
Prepare Income and Expenditure Statements for fund accounts
Generate debit notes / reminders / autopay from billing system
Prepare vouchers, cheques, bank balances and time deposits documents
Handle overdue accounts and take follow-up actions
Prepare audit accounts and property tax schedules
Assist in preparation of expenses summary for management company
Conduct site-level audit
Handle ad-hoc assignments assigned by supervisor
Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office with knowledge in Oracle system is an added advantage
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
