Requirements :

• Registered Social Worker with Diploma / Degree or above in Social Work; Degree holder in Counselling or Psychology.
• Minimum 1 year of case work experience is an advantage, preferable in rehabilitation field.
• Mature, highly motivated, responsible and be able to handle multi-tasks.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities :

• To be a rehabilitation case manager in assessing the needs of workers with work injury, to provide case management and psychosocial intervention in facilitating clients' disability adjustment and return to work and community.
• To offer retraining and placement support to workers with work injury.
• To perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

We offer 5-day work week.
