- To support the smooth and efficient running of the Accounting Department.
- Check all Petty Cash claims/reimbursements.
- Approve all IOUs and liase with the general cashier to ensure that they are cleared on time
- Monitor the Manual Check record book to ensure that the running sequence is accounted for.
- Ensure that all travel agents’ commissions’ payments are on time.
What you should have:
- Ideally with a certificate in Finance or Accounting
- Relevant working experience as Accounting Clerk in a hotel or in a similar large supply firm
- Well-developed computer skills in the use of MS Office, email and Materials management systems
You will experience:
