Job Description:

• Provide day-to-day operational support for the system, including incident resolution and troubleshooting
• To conduct and coordinate system patch testing
• To liaise with the vendor for issue resolution, system updates and system enhancements
• To provide recommendations on the business process and system capabilities
• To support other related IT initiatives and projects as assigned
• Document processes, issue resolutions, and system changes for internal knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office & Windows
• Experience in System Analyst role is an advantage
• Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
