Responsibilities:

·Process daily accounts receivable operations in compliance with the applicable financial control policies and procedures; and the applicable accounting standards

·Prepare accrual schedules and journal entries for month-end, interim and year-end closing

·Take timely receipt matching and debt collection actions

·Prepare audit schedules for interim and year end closing

·Assist in various system development and enhancement

·Monitor and follow up any issue raised from the operations of various IT systems related to accounts receivable operation

·Perform ad hoc financial analysis for management as assigned

Requirements:

·Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or other related disciplines

·Qualified member of a professional accountancy body is an added advantage

·Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting, preferably with hands-on experience in dealing with customers enquiries

·Prior experience in both accounts receivable and accounts payment operations is preferred.

·Proactive, able to work independently and under pressure

·Good analytical and problem-solving skills

·Good communication and interpersonal skills

·Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) and Oracle Financial Systems

·Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
