What you’ll do

• Perform duties as Property-In-Charge and participate actively in meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions to improve the management of the Property
• Participate actively in the formulation and implementation of the Client’s Customer Relation Initiatives in achieving the Client’s objective of enhancing tenant’s experience and relationship
• Take into consideration the Client’s feedback on performance of PIC in the annual staff appraisal. In addition to the year-end performance feedback, the Client will also provide mid-term review on performance of the team. The objective of the mid-term review is to narrow the performance gap and the person will endeavour to meet the Client’s service requirement
• Play a central role for all matters relating to the Property and be the one point of contact to tenants, licensees and the Client for all matters
• Property-In-Charge and the team shall project itself as the landlord of the Property to the tenants and licensees and take ownership of the issues and problems in the Property
• Prepare preliminary billing report for rent receivable
• Issue debit note to tenant for collecting rent & rates
• Settle accounts receivable
• Issue reminders to tenant for any outstanding of rent receivable
• Print receipt to tenant
• Prepare & submit monthly report (e.g. account receivable, aging report, AM report and accrual report etc.)
• Submit SAP mapping template to Client Finance Department
• Prepare, verify and seek approval for creating purchase order and payment request
• Work with technical team to prepare information for creating purchase order and annual budget in respect of operation and CAPEX expenses

Key qualifications

• Degree Holder with professional qualifications in asset, property or facilities management
• Member of HKIS(GP) or RICS (GP) or CIH or HKIH or CFM
• Leasing knowledge/ Experience
• Sound financial and accounting knowledge
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in asset/ property/ facilities management in managerial level of Grade A commercial property

Personal skills you excel

• Excellent in both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Relevant Accounting knowledge of approx. 2 years’ experience will be preferred
• Immediate available is an advantage
