About the Job

Responsibilities:

• Manage the App UI/UX
• Produce & establish sketches, flowcharts, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, decks and engaging design solutions
• Develop pixel perfect UI and adjust design layouts based on user feedback
• Participate in research, concept ideation, user interface design and conduct usability test
• Identify design problems and devise elegant human-centered solutions
• Communicate with business users to analyze and clarify user requirements, and offer solutions to UI/UX problems
• Strong creative design energy, with effective stakeholder management skills, able to motivate the team
• Adhere to style and branding standards and be detail focused
• Support application development team in project management, UAT and product launch
• Other ad-hoc project assignments

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Products, Interaction or related disciplines
• Minimum of 8 - 10 years relevant experience as a UX/UI design or similar roles
• Good knowledge with practical experience in tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Suite; Software like Photoshop, HTML5, CSS 3, Adobe Illustrator,
• Ability to collaborate effectively, working closely with agile delivery teams, including developers, business analyst and website managers
• Conversant with cross-browser, as well as native and cross-platform mobile design best practice
• Knowledge in latest web standards, HTML and CSS is a plus
• Familiar with UX design principles and methodologies, such as user journey, user flow, screen flow design, etc.
• Proven work portfolio with UIUX experience in mobile app project is highly preferred
• Proactive with a strong project management and communication ability, good time-management skills
