We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role involves various clerical tasks to support our customer service and operations.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter and update data accurately.
- Maintain inventory records and generate reports.
- Assist with filing and typing reports.
- Test and operate the POS system.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
- Education: Secondary education, Tertiary education, or Diploma in Business or related field.
- Work schedule: 5 days a week, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (shift work and public holidays required).
- Minimum 1 year of clerical experience.
- Proficient in MS Office; Chinese and English typing skills required.
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Immediate availability preferred.
