Job Summary / Responsibilities

• Manage bank wide identify according life cycle, user and system identify and access permissions, and create, modify, and deactivate according bank's relate policy.
• Collaborate with other IT teams for access control design and implementation to make sure privilege assign and revoke follow policy and under control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM issues, include problems or issues related to identity and access management occur, troubleshoot and resolve these issues promptly to minimize disruption.
• Contribute to IAM projects, actively participate in IAM-related projects and initiatives, implementing new security measures, integrating systems, or enhancing access control processes.
• Monitor IAM access and privilege side, user and application identify risk base on risk framework, and review access control reports for cybersecurity.
• Maintain IAM program documentation up-to-date, maintain detailed documentation of the identity and access management program. This documentation helps in ensuring compliance, making audits more efficient.
• Train new users on the IAM system, train new users on how to use the identity and access management system effectively, and ensure users understand how to request, access and manage their permissions.
• Adapt IAM to change business needs, responsible for adjusting the IAM system accordingly to the changing business needs. Align access controls with changing roles and requirements to ensure that access remains appropriate and secure.

Requirements

• Degree in information technology or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Hands-on experience of AD, IAM, SSO, MFA and relate technology, provable knowledge about IAM management and operation skills and methodology
• Hands-on experience of Windows, Cloud, and scripts like Powershell, Python, etc.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• A self-motivated team player with multi-tasking and good interpersonal skills
