Job Duties

• Assist supervisor to develop and execute total preventive maintenance (TPM) plans to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of the facilities.
• Arrange and lead the mechanical team to execute maintenance activities timely.
• Receive maintenance request and generate correspondent work order with the aid of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Allocate appropriate resources to execute the work order, follow up work order and ensure that resources are used to optimum effect.
• Assessing the need of mechanical spare parts to avoid delays in TPM
• Identify and pro-actively respond to abnormality.
• Trouble shoot equipment failure and execute TPM work.
• Monitor and supervise internal TPM and sub-contractor work.
• Support supervisor to develop and implement plant improvement plan.
• Complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation and records as required by supervisor.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

• 3 years or above experience in engineering field
• Degree / Diploma holder or above in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or related discipline.
