Assistant Programme Officer / Programme Officer (King’s Park Centenary Centre)

YMCA of Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily counter operations in providing quality customer services;
  • Assist in programme enquiry, complaints handling, and provide solutions in a friendly manner;
  • Assist in facilities management and daily operations to meet safety requirements;
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to maintain day-to-day operations, especially keep documents indexed and filed;
  • Handle stock inventory and report to ensure Centre assets are well organised and recorded;
  • Assist in organising special events and tournaments to provide sports development opportunities for programme participants and the community;
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:    

  • Diploma or above in sport-related disciplines preferred;
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably with solid experience in facility management;
  • Holder of any sports certificate is desirable;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Being initiative, responsible, and detail-minded with good analytical and planning ability;
  • Shift duty may need to work on holiday;
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Programme Officer.
