Responsibilities:
 

• Manage the products life cycle strategy with clear goals, initiatives, and road maps, involve in product pricing, positioning strategies, compliance and product information
• Propose and finalize trade mechanics by working with different channel owners and stakeholders, follow-up trade activity execution, update trade calendar, monitor competitors’ activities for different sales channels
• Responsible for new product development process, work with R&D and various department from sourcing new supplier to production stage
• Research on market potentials, manage the implementation of the product launch plans and develop new marketing ideas for existing product
• Drive integrated marketing strategies, including digital marketing, O2O strategies, to support business goals & brand KPIs
• Review inventory levels and production schedules to ensure product availability
• Work closely with Retail Marketing Team, Retail Operation Team and various sales channels to develop and implement effective promotion campaigns
• Establish and maintain close communication with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) practitioners to develop and improve TCM-related products and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration or related subjects
• 6 years’ experience or above in Sales & Marketing, with exposure in health supplement / health food / TCM  industry is an advantage
• Practical experience in marketing & product planning and inventory control
• Experience in pet products is definitely an advantage
• Proactive, aggressive and result-oriented with good presentation skill
• Strong communication skills and able to work under pressure
• Able to meet tight deadline and multi tasks handling
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese
• Less experience will be consider as Assistant Product Manager
