Property Officer / Senior Property Officer / Assistant Manager (Luxury Residential or Client Side)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties
- Handle enquiries, complaints and emergency incidents
- Perform administrative duties
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in Property / Housing Management / Real Estate
- 3 years’ or above experiences in property and estate management. Experience in luxury residential properties would be an advantage
- Strong communications, interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediately available is highly preferred
