Act as key contact point between retails stores, HK office and CN office to ensure optimal business operations;
Provide full range of administrative support function to the Retail Manager as well as the retial team and ensure day-to-day operations is effective and efficient;
Participate in business expansion such as store opening projects;
Liaise with external parties to coordinate on in-store promotions and events;
Assist in managing the tone and visual style of social media accounts to uphold our brand identity;
Assist in other ad hoc duties as required.
Requeirements:
Diploma or above;
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in retail operations;
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure;
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a MUST;
Well-organized, excellent communication skills, hardworking, willing to learn and enjoy working as a team;
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
