- 處理及安排日常酒店的維修訂單及計劃保養, 以保持營運設備及酒店設施的效率和標準
- 協助處理客人對工程機械相關的投訴並立即採取有效合理的解決方案
- 監督技術人員，確保部門順利有效率地運作
- 協助準備日常維修及保養工作的報告
- 確保遵循防火及安全程序
- 與酒店內部各部門及承包商協調，以確保工作順利進行
入職要求:
- 具屋宇設備工程/電機工程證書課程以上或同等學歷
- 至少5年相關系統操作及物管維修保養經驗; 擁有酒店經驗者優先考慮
- 必須持有安全卡及A級或以上電業工程人員註冊證書
- 良好中英文的書寫及口語能力並熟悉Microsoft Word和Excel將獲優先考慮
- 須輪休輪班工作 (08:00-17:30) 或偶爾(13:30-23:00)
