The Chef de Partie is responsible for assisting the assigned Sous Chef in all the duties in different sections.
廚師負責協助主廚處理及製作會所的食品生產及執行主廚委派的工作，包括廚房內不同崗位。

Job Description 工作內容

• Properly handle food, equipment and utensils
  正確處理食物、工具及器皿
• Prepare food according to Chef’s specification and recipes
  根據廚師的要求和食譜準備食物
• Set up daily mise-en-place
  事先準備好每天的食材和工具
• Assist in sample cooking of new dishes and establish recipe standards
  協助試作新菜式及訂立食譜標準
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and assist in food requisition to ensure sufficient stock but no wastage
  與主廚緊密合作並協助安排食材，確保有充足存貨及避免浪費

Qualifications & Skills 資歷及技能要求

• Vocational Training of Professional Cooking in Western Cuisine
  曾接受職業先修或相關專業西式廚藝訓練
• 5 years working experience in kitchen of high-end hotels or Western restaurants
  5年高級酒店或西餐廳經驗
• Good command of oral English or Cantonese
  流利英語或粵語會話
