We currently have a vacancy for Assistant Clerk of Works (work in the Airport Authority Hong Kong located at Chek Lap Kok).

 

As a team, we value the following :

Applicants shall be a holder of a diploma/higher certificate in relevant engineering discipline and shall possess not less than four years of relevant experience in site supervision and monitoring of relevant engineering construction.

 

Job Duties :

• Resolve fault cases through supervision of maintenance contractor.
• Perform supervisory duties for maintenance and works contracts including buildings, plumbing and hydraulic maintenance, alteration and improvement works.
• Assist in monitoring the quality, safety and performance of the contractors to ensure timely delivery and completion of works.
• Inspect the handover assets and incorporate into the maintenance plan.
• Perform shift duties including overnight shift or weekend shift if required for the completion of the works.
