Assistant Manager / Sommelier (Fine Dining French Restaurant)
We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about hospitality and delivering a first class customer experience.
Requirements
Degree or diploma holder of Hotel or Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent.
WSET level III holder is an advantage.
Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in the same position of fine dining restaurant, lesser experience will be considered as Supervisor / Assistant Sommelier.
Strong leadership and customer-oriented, good people management and problem-solving skills.
Familiar and knowledgeable in French cuisine and local ingredients food & beverage cultures.
Proficiency in using computer software to monitor inventory, track staff schedules and pay and perform other record-keeping tasks.
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, other languages are advantageous.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
