Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
  • Ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Advising guests on wines based on their personal tastes and food choices
  • Manages the wine cellar, and conducts wine tastings
  • Maintain inventory and ensure proper stock levels
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues
  • Provide periodical analysis and status reports for management review.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor financial performance and manage budgets

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years’ restaurant management experience
  • Degree or Diploma holder of Hospitality management and WSET level 2 or 3 certificate
  • Able to advise guests on wines based on their personal tastes and food choices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • An in-depth understanding of management and experience utilizing them in the workplace
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and cost control procedures
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, able to communicate effectively to successfully defuse tense situations
  • Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
  • Fluent in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Immediate availability is highly perferred
  • Hong Kong resident only
