Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager - Medora, Liz & Tori
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business to deliver a high-quality and unique dining experience and advance your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
Ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service
Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
Advising guests on wines based on their personal tastes and food choices
Manages the wine cellar, and conducts wine tastings
Maintain inventory and ensure proper stock levels
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues
Provide periodical analysis and status reports for management review.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor financial performance and manage budgets
Job Requirements:
Minimum 4 years’ restaurant management experience
Degree or Diploma holder of Hospitality management and WSET level 2 or 3 certificate
Able to advise guests on wines based on their personal tastes and food choices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
An in-depth understanding of management and experience utilizing them in the workplace
Knowledge of basic accounting and cost control procedures
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, able to communicate effectively to successfully defuse tense situations
Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
Fluent in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Immediate availability is highly perferred
Hong Kong resident only
