Responsibilities

• Execute classic and modern cocktails on a world class level 
• Engage with guests and be able to recommend cocktails and suggest alternatives
• Responsible to monitor, restock, and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Provide and serve food and beverages to guests, able to mix different cocktails 
• For the candidates who apply the position of Team Leader, assist in ensuring the effective and sufficient operations of the sections appointed in the F&B division
• Maintain constant communication with teammates to anticipate guest needs and seat availability
• To perform any duties assigned by the Hotel Management Team deemed necessary

Qualifications

• A minimum of tertiary in education level
• A minimum of 1 year of related working experience (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
• Good knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails 
• Creative and innovative in drinks preparation and presentation 
• Good command of spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin)
• Friendly, courteous and guest-oriented
• With a pleasant service mindset and good attitude
