Responsibilities

• Work with Global Operations Standards expert panel members and professionals on drafting, editing and revising Global Operations Standards as well as Book of Knowledge and Code of Practices
• Ensure effective processes in place for continuous improvement, revision and updates of Global Operations Standards with latest best practices
• Organize peer review for reviewing and assessing Global Operations Standards implementation of respective operations in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Overseas
• Manage and coordinate Global Operations Standards training & development and the certification programme
• Plan and implement effective systems and processes to capture, consolidate, retain, share, and update knowledge and best practices of Global Operations Standards
• Participate in railway international benchmarking programme and distil knowledge and practices for continuously enriching the Global Operations Standards

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Engineering or Science
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in total quality management or engineering management; of which 2 years at a supervisory level
• Possession of Membership of a recognised professional institution or registered status of relevant discipline is preferred
• Good writing skills and knowledge of railway operations and business improvement techniques / tools
• Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
