Manager – Global Operations Standards (Ref:250000CN)
Work with Global Operations Standards expert panel members and professionals on drafting, editing and revising Global Operations Standards as well as Book of Knowledge and Code of Practices
Ensure effective processes in place for continuous improvement, revision and updates of Global Operations Standards with latest best practices
Organize peer review for reviewing and assessing Global Operations Standards implementation of respective operations in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Overseas
Manage and coordinate Global Operations Standards training & development and the certification programme
Plan and implement effective systems and processes to capture, consolidate, retain, share, and update knowledge and best practices of Global Operations Standards
Participate in railway international benchmarking programme and distil knowledge and practices for continuously enriching the Global Operations Standards
Requirements
Degree or equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Engineering or Science
A minimum of 8 years’ experience in total quality management or engineering management; of which 2 years at a supervisory level
Possession of Membership of a recognised professional institution or registered status of relevant discipline is preferred
Good writing skills and knowledge of railway operations and business improvement techniques / tools
Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
