Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of F&B purchasing experience is preferably
Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and analytical skills
Proactive, strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently
Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule and rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Strong numerical analysis and problem-solving skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good command of PC proficiency including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.
