Responsibilities:

• Support Manager in exercising overall coordination throughout the different stages of potential acquisitions, disposal and property development
• Assist in monitoring existing property assets and new investment projects        
• Perform property valuation for different types of development properties / plans
• Prepare and update valuation reports and financial analysis
• Handle any ad hoc projects assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
• MHKIS or relevant professional qualifications is preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experiences
• Solid experience in property valuation and market research of Hong Kong property market
• Ability to work independently with good analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates without professional qualification will be considered as Assistant Property Development Officer
