Responsibilities:

• Organize and carry out AI related development plan based on bank’s business strategy
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools and technologies that can enhance project outcomes
• Lead the exploration of emerging AI technologies and their potential applications in IT Services
• Cultivate strong client relationship, understanding unique AI needs and tailoring solutions for the bank
• Lead the analyst on user / customer feedback to improve existing AI solutions and drive future enhancements
• Lead the design, development, and development of AI models, ensuring alignment with business objectives and leveraging a diverse range of algorithms and techniques

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
• 8 years or above Technology Services experience with leadership track record in AI strategy and solution implementation experience
• Banking, Financial Services or FinTech industry experience preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in automation technologies, including but not limited to machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Experience in modern analysis methods and skillful in analytically oriented programming languages such as Python, or Java for AI model development
• Good exposure to Gen-AI governance and experiments
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
• A passion for innovation and the drive to stay at the forefront of AI advancements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Less working experience would be considered as Chief Business Technology Manager
