Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on level of service being provided to customers
• Identify problems affecting the level of service being provided to customers, provide and implement solutions 
• Interface between customers and internal departments 
• Execute customer commercial activities
• Deputize and provide support to Customer Operations Manager

 

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• At least 5 years’ working experience in customer services, particularly in an engineering production and commercial environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Good communication and presentation skills 
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Exposure to SAP system and understanding of Lean Tools and Techniques a plus
