Description
Recruitment and Configuration: Assist in the completion of recruitment needs analysis, job posting, CV screening and interview arrangements, participate in the planning and execution of campus recruitment, social recruitment and other projects.
Training and development: assist in the development of training plans, organise and implement staff training activities, track training results and optimise the training system.
Performance Management: Assist in designing performance appraisal programme, participate in the implementation and feedback of performance appraisal, analyse performance data and make improvement suggestions.
Compensation and Benefits: Assist in salary accounting, social security and provident fund payment, participate in salary research and support the optimisation of salary system.
Other work: Participate in the development and revision of HR related systems, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Profile
Bachelor degree or above, preferably in human resource management, business administration, psychology and other related majors, welcome to fresh graduate.
Passionate about FMCG industry, familiar with FMCG market dynamics, sales model and industry characteristics.
Excellent communication skills and strong learning ability are preferred.
FMCG industry or HR related internship experience is preferred, and familiarity with FMCG recruitment, training and other workflow will be an added advantage.
Job Offer
