Track and manage order deliveries, ensuring shipments meet ETAs for APAC locations.
Monitor and report delivery ETAs, providing updates to relevant teams.
Address any delays by coordinating with suppliers and logistics providers for on-time arrivals.
Requirements:
2+ years of procurement experience in a fast-paced, medium-sized business.
Familiarity with procurement systems like Coupa, SAP, or similar; strong analytical skills (Excel).
Experience in supplier management, including quote requests and order placements.
Knowledge of logistics coordination and delivery tracking.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills in Cantonese and English.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and a desire for skill development in procurement.
