Provide all round HR functions and duties including Recruitment and Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Learning & Development and Staff Relations amongst other key HR duties as required;
Responsible for updating, review and execute HR and Admin policies and procedures as well as employee handbook to make sure in compliance to the Hong Kong regulations;
Maintain staff record and HR filing system;
Assist in budget preparation and control to ensure smooth operation in a cost-effective manner;
Liaise with different departments and staff-related issues;
Take up ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related, with minimum 6 years proven HR experience;
Mature, Sensitive to figures, well-organized and able to work independently;
Proactive, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Good written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must.
