Responding to the staff enquiries on roster daily.
Find the replacement when the staff take leave;
Provide clerical support to HR & Admin. Team such as data entry and filing.
Assist in material purchase and inventory monitoring.
Liaise with internal & external parties.
Assist in recruitment process.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by HR Manager.
Job Requirement:
F.5 / DSE or above.
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
Good at Excel, Word and outlook is a must.
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese & English.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good analytical ability and a good team player.
Ability to work under pressure.
Experience in F&B or Guarding industry would be preferred.
