Chewy International Foods Ltd, one of the leading and prestigious food suppliers in Hong Kong, with over 50 years of experience in the manufacturing, production, marketing, and sales of food products. We are now inviting candidates to apply the following position :
Job Duties
To support full spectrum of office admin functions;
Licenses and permits renewal or application, including car Licenses / Fire Servicer / insurance etc.
Support administrative tasks on manual letter, payment requests, invoice and billing checking;
Assist with HR tasks including on-boarding material preparing, recruitment activities, MPF administration etc;
Assist in reviewing the company policies, guideline and documentations to ensure compliance of all local regulations;
Requirements
University degree holder or above;
1- 3 years of experience in office administration or HR;
Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word-processing);
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
Immediately available is highly preferred;
