Our Client is a leading engineering company dedicated to innovation and excellence. They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Officer to join the HR team, focusing on Compensation and Benefits for local and APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus primarily on C&B administration, including payroll calculation, MPF, benefits, insurance, tax filling.
• Assist in the review and implementation of C&B projects, encompassing annual salary reviews, reward benchmarking, insurance renewals, and annual budgeting.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, which includes advertising job vacancies, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates.
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives.
• Prepare HR analysis reports for management review.
• Assist in staff engagement activities
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 - 3 experience in HR, with a focus on Compensation and Benefits preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
