Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and culture
• Utilise various methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Effectively match candidates to job openings based on their qualifications and the clients' requirements
• Assist in negotiating job offers and facilitate the hiring process between candidates and clients
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients and candidates
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and provide regular updates to management

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of prior experience in recruitment or sales
• Experience in IT / Tech / Legal / Finance / Data background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Aggressive, energetic and hungry
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
