Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and culture
Utilise various methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
Effectively match candidates to job openings based on their qualifications and the clients' requirements
Assist in negotiating job offers and facilitate the hiring process between candidates and clients
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients and candidates
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and provide regular updates to management
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of prior experience in recruitment or sales
Experience in IT / Tech / Legal / Finance / Data background
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Aggressive, energetic and hungry
Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
