The Job
 

  • Client: The investment office under a Property Group
  • Position: Accounting & Administration Manager
  • Responsibilities:
    • Handle full set of accounts; Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports; Reporting on investment and treasury position
    • Handle general administrative functions including procurement, facilities management; Contract negotiation with vendors; Insurance administration.
    • Provide support in staff recruitment
  • $40-55K (Negotiable). 5-day. Bonus.

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting or related disciplines
  • 10 years experience in accounting & office administration of which latest 5 years at managerial level 
  • Able to handle full set of accounts
  • Solid experience in office administration - sourcing & procurement, contract admin., facilities management
  • Some experience in HR support (recruitment)
  • Relevant experience gained in real estate industry and/or with family office highly preferred
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Good command of languages
  • Proficient in computer applications
