Insurance Business Training and Development Manager (Permanent, 50k -60k+ Bonus)
Communicate and build relationship with agency support and push CS business (MPF & EB)
Communicate and build relationships with agents for business development
Keep abreast of market development and deliver key initiatives to agents
Provide professional & technical advice to agents and prospective customers (Quotation, Proposal, Client meeting, Member briefing, Client Seminar)
Provide District Training & helpdesk at agent’s' offices
Provide product & skills coaching and training to agency & support staff
Lead and organize training for both new and existing products to improve sales skills across various insurance offerings.
Create training resources and e-learning materials in multiple formats, including video editing and interactive online content.
Keep training records up to date and compile training reports.
Provide weekly updates to agents and address their inquiries promptly.
Review sales processes and operational guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales systems.
Coordinate with external trainers to develop and arrange training programs and activities.
Assist with additional projects as needed.
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in agency training.
IIQE Certification is a must
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
