Administrative Assistant (1-4 Years of Exp), up to 22k
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join an MNC located in Central District. This full-time role will provide support to client-facing teams and play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of the business.
What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative support, including filing and database management
Assisting with the processing of documents and correspondence, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Preparing documents and agreements for internal departments
Supporting with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
A proactive, flexible and team-oriented approach to work
