Customer Services Executive(CS)

Responsibilities:

• Mange queue and provide customer services in bank hall through efficient and customer-friendly services
• Proactively identify and digitize banking services and banking solutions to strenghten digital customer services and experiences
• Assist branch in achieving sales targets through referrals or cross-selling
• Provide non-cash transaction, support branch administrative and operational duties and adhere to control procedures and internal guidelines

Requirements:

• Associate degree / Higher diploma holder; or HKCEE / HKDSE (with at least five subjects at Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above including Chinese, English and Mathematics) plus work experience
• Min 0.5 years full time banking front line experience / Min 1 year full time customer service experience in other industries

Teller / Senior Teller

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer services through counter transactions
• Establish and cultivate relationship with customers and identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services

Requirements:

• Secondary education or above
• Min 0.5 years of Teller experience
• Detail conscious with strong customer service sense and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

Existing teller with more experience will be consider for Senior Teller / Checker / Assistant Branch Manager
