Job Responsibilities:

• Accurate and useful financial (statutory) and management accounts are closed and presented within T+20 days 
• Hospitality and Asset Management BU leaders have a partner resource for the following: 
  - Forecasting, budgeting and monthly reporting against budget
  - Financial modelling for strategic financial decisions e.g. capex, financing, divestments, pricing 
  - Translation of financial and operating data into valuable business insights  
• Assist Finance team to develop a managerial finance toolkit  
• Assist BU leaders to work with hotel operating/property management teams to obtain appropriate and relevant explanation / insights on managerial accounting information produced
• Support any initiatives and ad hoc projects assigned 

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus; 
• Proven track record of excelling in presentation of management accounts, planning/budgeting, and financial evaluation and interpretation; 
• Passionate about numbers, data and financial analysis to tease out insights; 
• Good at translating data-driven findings into actionable recommendations;  
• Proven track record of effectively presenting financial information through a commercial lens to business leaders; 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to details; 
• High standards of professional ethics and integrity;  
• A good team player who works well in team environments and with internal stakeholders; 
• Highly proactive, able to multi-task and work effectively under high pressure;  
• Commercial mindset with strong strategic thinking and business acumen; 
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; and 
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
