We are now looking for a high calibre Receptionist to join our Operations Team in Hong Kong.
Highlights: - Part-time, 5 working days per month (9:00am-6:00pm on weekdays).
- Work location: Wanchai (near MTR station).

Key Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, transferring them accurately to the right person.
- Greet clients and visitors professionally, escort them to meeting rooms, and offer refreshments.
- Manage mailing and courier services, including distribution of incoming mail and processing outgoing shipments.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure availability is up to date.
- Keep the reception area, office area, meeting rooms, and washrooms tidy and well-organized.
- Assist in arranging festival gifts, decorations, and marketing materials when required.
- Provide general office support and assist with ad-hoc duties as needed.
Requirements: - Hands-on experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative tools.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese.
