An international hair care distributor is urgently seeking candidates for the position of Associate Manager, Export Account.
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned accounts as their primary point of contact and plan effective strategies to achieve sales targets for export markets including Korea and India via distributor model
Manage sales order, sales forecast and procurement forecast, prepare reporting & analysis and proactively seek opportunities for up selling
Deploy assets for eCommerce and retail usage and ensure adherence to brand principles
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations with education team support
Stay current with industry and market trends, competitor activities to improve market intelligence
Requirements:
University Graduate in Business / Marketing or related disciplines
5 years' relevant sales or business development experiences preferably from Beauty, Fashion or Luxury industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
With good numerical sense and analytical mind
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Occasional travel is required
Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
