Manage marketing projects for medical and healthcare industry (mainly for PR projects and events)
Develop comprehensive plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events.
Manage event registration processes and communicate with participants as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies for the event.
Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance event visibility and engagement.
Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to assess event success and areas for improvement.
Prepare post-event reports, including attendance statistics and budget analysis.
Support other types of PMA projects including but not limited to Design & video, Editorial and Digital projects.
Requirement:
Degree holder
1-2 years experience in Marketing or PR agency is preferred. Fresh graduates will also be considered
Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
Detail-minded
A good team player with good interpersonal, communication, organizational and time-management skills
Candidates with solid experience in account management in medical marketing will be considered as senior role
