1.   System Engineer (Cloud,backup)

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and automated processes to maintain operating systems at optimal performance
• Manage and monitor virtualization environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) to ensure high availability and performance
• Manage and monitor cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, OCI) to ensure high availability and performance
• Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability
• Maintain documentation for system operations and administration
• Configure and manage system OS, virtualization platforms, and backup solutions to meet company needs
• Stay current with system OS, virtualization, and backup technologies, including changes, updates, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, with 5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in system OS administration (e.g., Windows, Linux)
• Experience in managing virtualization environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Experience in managing public cloud environments (eg., AWS, Azure, OCI)
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus
• Experience in migration projects involving system OS and virtualization platforms
• Practical experience managing and supporting virtualization and backup solutions
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration is a plus
• Experience with DevOps automation is a plus
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage varied workloads against agreed deadlines
• Understanding of ITIL Framework and Change processes
• Good command of oral and written communication skills in English, Chinese, and Mandarin

2)   Data Security engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data security policies, procedures, and controls to protect sensitive information and in accordance with applicable regulations (e.g., GDPR, PIPL)
• Classify and secure data based on its sensitivity and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain encryption, masking, and other data protection technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed privacy-by-design principles in new and existing projects.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Active Directory architecture and components.
• Experience with Windows Server environments and Group Policy Management.

4  Computer Operator

Job and requirement Description

•  Provide 7x24 Data Centre operation support, system/network monitoring, fine tuning, administration, reporting and other tasks required by a bank
•  Working Hour

1.   5 days per week including Sunday & public holiday
2.   07:30 – 15:30, 15:15 – 23:30, 23:15 – 07:30; (or designated by bank), 8 hour & 15 min per day
3.  Technical Qualification: Certificate in Computer/IT or related discipline MCP or related Prof. Cert
4.  1 years IT support or DC support experiences
5.  Data Centre at Kwun Tong and Wong Chuk Hang location in Hong Kong
