Job Responsibilities
Handle all general and administrative support in the accounts department.
Handle attendance & leave record, staffs expenses claims, flights & hotel booking, cheque arrangements.
With knowledge of booking keeping, providing basic accounting support.
Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
DSE or ABOVE
Minimum of 3 years’ clerical experience.
Excellent telephone manners with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Excel and Chinese word- processing.
Immediate availability is an advantage.
