Working with a Group of companies involving in reusable bags, packaging and visual merchandising products. Productions was mainly focused in China and Vietnam.

Ensure the factories selected by sourcing department are in compliance with social ethics, health and safety requirement to create a traceable program of each component.

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit and meet with workers of pre-selected factories, sweatshops, and home-based work environments
• Audit all factories for compliance with clients' minimum standards and health & safety requirements on quarterly basis 
• Map and prepare corrective plan of existing and prospect vendors company and subcontractors 
• Prepare correspondences,  reports, campaigns, and work to resolve non-compliance with current Vendors 
• Create a transaction/inspection certificate per each point of sales
• Work with China QA and QC team.  Need to report all data to the Vancouver and GZ office 

Jobs requirments:

• Diploma or above in Textiles or equivalent with passion of products development
• Excellent communication skills in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Highly appreciated if also can speak Vietnamese)
• Good team player, able to work independently under pressure
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality of work
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Flexible working times and willing to work after hours if needed
• Immediate availability is an advantage
