This Leading Securities Firm is looking for seasoned Trade Support talent focusing on OTC products to join their team due to business expansion. You will be joining a team of 7, great working culture and great remuneration package are provided.

job scope.
As the Trade Support Manager focusing on OTC products in a Leading Securities Firm, your key responsibility will be to:
  • Provide dedicated support to Trading teams by addressing discrepancies, resolving booking errors, and managing trade-related inquiries, with a particular focus on OTC products.
  • Investigate and resolve trade exceptions promptly while responding to client and desk queries efficiently.
  • Produce detailed reports on trade activities, highlighting issues and escalating critical matters as needed.
  • Oversee the entire trade process, from initiation to settlement, including reconciliation, handling corporate actions, and ensuring top-tier client service.
  • Ensure seamless trade settlements and accurate reconciliation to minimize trade failures, with special attention to OTC product requirements.
  • Proactively monitor and resolve unmatched or failed trades to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Engage in special projects, working closely with global and cross-departmental teams to achieve objectives, particularly those involving OTC product integration.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop reporting frameworks that align with new OTC product launches and business growth strategies.
  • Continuously enhance processes to support the evolving needs of OTC product trading and client demands.
requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a middle or back office role within financial institution.
  • Hands-on experience in trade support, reconciliation and exception handling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office applications especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational abilities and capacity for team collaboration.
  • Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues under pressure.
