Our client, a globally recognized sourcing solution company with a strong global presence, is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will have a significant impact on the organization by driving project proposals, implementing strategies for project realization, and overseeing the delivery and operations of all technology systems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives and organizational goals.
• Develop project proposals, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
• Drive the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices to ensure successful project delivery.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements, and progress reports.
• Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing technology systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and design solutions that align with business needs.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather user requirements and refine system designs.
• Create functional and technical specifications, wireframes, and process flow diagrams to guide system development.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry.
• In-depth understanding of technology systems and their integration with business processes.
• Strong experience in project management process.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
• Preferably with systems integration experience
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles, requirement study, design walk-through and release control process
• Familiarity in Agile Development, particularly Scrum or Kanban
