Job Description

• Responsible for tour handling in European and Worldwide destinations according to our customers (travel agents) needs/requirements 
• Usage of our in-house computer system
• Communication with our offices in Europe and partners worldwide
• Work closely and liaise with sales team, our suppliers and our customers (travel agents)
• Providing/suggesting suitable alternatives when request is not available 
• Monitoring of cancellation deadline and cost control 
• Other job task as assigned by the company

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in travel/tourism/Logistics
• 2-3 years relevant working experience in travel industry preferred but not a must
• Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage.
