Responsibilities

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate findings a recommendations.

  • Influence relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact for business change design and implementation.

Process Improvement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business processes and operations.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to management.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and changes.

  • Support the development of training and implementation materials.

Requirements Gathering:

  • Work with various departments to gather and document business requirements.

  • Translate business requirements into detailed system requirements and technical design specification

  • Investigate, model, define, refine, and document required business processes

  • Conduct demand analysis for services and ensure necessary investments are made to deliver required services.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements through rigorous testing and validation

  • Assist in integration and acceptance testing, including sprint planning and user acceptance testing (UAT)

  • Monitor and improve services, processes, and systems based on feedback and lessons learned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years experience in business analysis or a related experience

  • Business Analysis Work at Tour Operator Industry (Or Travel Industry) is a plus

  • Working under the Scrum or Prince 2 Project management framework is a plus.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, advanced knowledge of Google Workspace / Office 365

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholder
