Accounting & Administrative Manager
Requirements
University graduate or above
5 to 10 years solid & hands-on experience in handling full set of accounts
Experience in supervising office administrative work
Able to work independently
Good knowledge in Excel, Quick Book, Dynamic, etc.
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Immediate available is highly preferred
Job Description
Handle full set of accounts
Prepare monthly & annual management reports
Liaise with auditors for annual audit and external parties for operational and financial issues
Develop, review & execute administration guidelines & office disciplines established by directors
Attend to office administration & general affairs
Manage procurement of office supplies and equipment
Oversee office repair, maintenance and renovation work
Monitor computer services and software applications
Participate in ad-hoc projects and duties, if required
