CURATOR Group is hiring an (Assistant) Business Development Manager (Food & Beverage).
Work Location: 16/F, M Plus, 38 Museum Drive, West Kowloon Cultural District, Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the execution of events and ensuring that business is serviced properly and in a timely fashion. The Manager implements the brand's service standards and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the events process and drives customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
• Working closely with other departments especially CVIEW Restaurant Operations, Marketing, Event teams for effective communication for a successful event as well as vendors/partners/community to expand our reach so as to create more opportunity/revenue for the group.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of work experience in a sizable luxury hotel or catering group
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Strong understanding of the restaurant industry
• Detail oriented, organized and able to handle a fast-paced environment
• With less experiences will consider as Assistant Manager

Salary Structure:

• Basic Salary + Commission
