JOB DESCRIPTION
Being part of the Member Services team, the incumbent will be responsible for membership marketing, industry groups communication and event management to support members acquisition and retention. The candidate is expected to:
- Co-ordinate and organise corporate events, members activities and provide marketing services in Hong Kong and the Mainland in formats of seminars, exhibitions, mission, award schemes, business matching, and other business-related networking events;
- Drive members acquisition and retention through members visit and provide high-quality services to members;
- Provide secretariat services to the assigned industrial groups and committees, including preparation of meeting papers and minutes;
- Prepare promotional materials, i.e. flyers, brochures, eDM, social media post for event marketing and promotion;
- Maintain excellent communication and relationship with internal and external parties for better results;
- Provide support to any other ad-hoc duties and activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate in marketing, event management, public relations, journalism or business-related disciplines;
- Minium 2 years of relevant experience;
- Experience in statutory bodies, NGOs, trade / business associations is an advantage;
- Experiences in Committees' support is an advantage;
- Self-motivated, well-organised, detail-minded, and good sense of responsibility;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required and attend occasional after-hours events;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
